In Ep. 198, we are back with our second episode in our new “Best of…” series. Today, we have Anderson McKean of Page & Palette bookstore to bring us the Best of Thrillers. Anderson shares her all-time
Sarah, this episode has completely kicked me out of my thriller slump. For about 5 years I have been falling out of love with thrillers, for exactly the reasons Anderson gives and a lot of us who read a lot have. This has reminded me of many of the brilliant thrillers I have read in the past, and why it's so mind blowing when you come across a good one, but also of how much drivel you have to wade through to get to the elusive few.
You have invigorated my interest. I'm going to dip back into a few authors I had abandoned and I'M SO EXCITED.
Last time, Chrissie whet my appetite for fantasy (I haven't taken the leap yet) in a way I thought would never happen. This is fast becoming my favourite series of yours. Could you possibly tag the series in a way that would make it easy to find them later? I know I'm going to be referring back again and again. It's also going to be my go to tip whenever I'm asked "what should I read in .... genre" which melts my head when it comes to both these genres.

Can't wait to see which genre you tackle next.
